By using K-Radio Tuner (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
K-Radio Tuner provides access to publicly available internet radio streams from Korean and international broadcasters. The App does not host, produce, or control any radio content.
Radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, or quality of these streams. Streams may become unavailable or change without notice.
You may add custom radio station URLs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any custom stream URLs complies with applicable laws and the content provider’s terms of service.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HongKee Moon and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, stream availability, or audio quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
